Mark Menhinnitt
Chief Executive Officer, Bovis Lend Lease |   | Appointed in May 2007 and based in Sydney, Australia.


Mark has been with the Lend Lease Group for more than 19 years and has held a number of senior executive positions within the Group in Australia and the United States. Mark has worked in many areas within the Lend Lease Group in development, privatisation, and project management and construction business units.


Prior to being appointed to the role of global CEO for Bovis Lend Lease, Mark held the position of Chief Operating Officer for Lend Lease Development in Australia, responsible for the development of Lend Lease’s portfolio of large scale mixed use urban regeneration projects in Australia.


In 2000 Mark was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Actus Lend Lease and subsequently President, and was instrumental in the development of Actus from its initial start-up to become the leading provider of privatised military community development and construction services in the US.


Mark has a Bachelor of Engineering from the Queensland University of Technology.

Charles Bates
Chief Operating Officer, Bovis Lend Lease |  | Appointed in May 2007 and based in Sydney, Australia.


Charles was previously Chief Financial Officer of the Retail & Communities business for two years before moving to his current role. Prior to joining Lend Lease, Charles spent nine years as a director of Nolan Bates & Company, a boutique management consultancy specialising in advising multinational organisations on corporate strategy and profit improvement.


Charles has a Bachelor of Commerce from the Australian National University and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from the Securities Institute of Australia.

Paul Walsh
Global Chief Financial Officer, Bovis Lend Lease |  | Appointed in May 2007 and based in Sydney, Australia.


Paul has been with the Lend Lease Group for more than 17 years and has held a number of senior executive positions within the Group in Australia, the UK and the United States in the development, project financing and construction business units.


Prior to being appointed to the role of Global CFO for Bovis Lend Lease, Paul held the position of Head of Lend Lease Project Finance, responsible for the project financing and structuring activities for developments undertaken by Lend Lease in Australia and Asia. Paul worked in that business for 12 years, including periods of secondment to Joint Venture companies as the CFO.


In 1994 Paul worked in the United States in the newly acquired Yarmouth funds management business, and previously from 1992 to 1993 was CFO of Lend Lease Europe based in London. Paul commenced his career with the Group with Lend Lease Interiors as Financial Controller.


Paul has a Bachelor of Business from the New South Wales Institute of Technology and a Masters of Business Administration form the University of Technology Sydney. He is a Fellow CPA.

John E. Spanswick, CBE
Chairman, Bovis Lend Lease |  | Appointed in July 2005 based in London, England.


John joined Bovis Construction as a trainee in 1962 and has worked on many of the projects that shaped the Company’s reputation for quality, value and innovation. He was appointed to the Board of Bovis Construction in 1980 and helped to grow the Company’s business in the 1990s in the lead up to Lend Lease’s acquisition of Bovis. Prior to becoming Chairman, John was Chief Executive Officer of Bovis Lend Lease in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.


John is a Non Executive Director of the Health and Safety Executive in the UK, Chairman of the UK Strategic Forum Health and Safety Group, and fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building (FCIOB).


In June 2006 John was made a CBE in the Queen’s Birthday Honours in recognition of his services to Health and Safety in the Construction Industry.

Mike Bellaman
Chief Executive Officer, US |  | Appointed in April 2008 and based in Chicago, US.


Mike joined the Group in 1987 and held positions of increasing responsibility, most recently as Director of Multi-Sites and the BP Global Alliance. In this role, he managed all aspects of the BP Retail investment portfolio and BP's Global Real Estate and Renewable Energies groups; and was also responsible for coordinating work with other oil companies. Prior to this, Mike was Principal-in-Charge of the Washington and Richmond offices.


Mike has a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. His also has professional affiliations with the Associated Builders and Contractors, American Society for Quality Control and the Society for College and University Planners. |

Tony Costantino
Chief Executive Officer, Australia |  | Tony Costantino is the Chief Executive Officer responsible for Bovis Lend Lease’s project management, design and construction business in Australia. He has worked for the Lend Lease Group for 25 years on some of Australia's most recognised developments in a variety of executive roles, initially in construction management and project management.


In 1999, he was appointed General Manager of the Commercial Business Unit of Bovis Lend Lease Australia. In this role, Tony created a business that leads Australia in the creation of innovative and sustainable commercial building designs and workplaces that are the benchmark for Australia's owners and occupiers. These include Deutsche Bank Place, the Renzo Piano-designed Aurora Place and 30 The Bond.


Prior to his appointment in September 2008 as Chief Executive Officer, Tony was Managing Director of the Australian business. In this role, Tony has successfully diversified the Australian business, setting up a national healthcare business and developing the company’s presence in the water and infrastructure sectors, as well as consolidating its market-leading position in the commercial and retail sectors. As a result of this successful strategy, Bovis Lend Lease was recently announced as the largest commercial construction company in Australia for 2007/08.


Tony is also a Director of Bovis Lend Lease, Australia. He has a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Sydney. |

Nick Pollard
Chief Executive Officer, UK |  | Nick Pollard was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Bovis Lend Lease UK in November 2008 having joined as Chief Operating Officer in October 2007 and is based in London. He has extensive experience in both the construction and utilities sectors abroad and in the UK.


Nick joined Bovis from Skanska UK plc where he was Executive Vice President, and prior to this he served as a regional director at Railtrack, responsible for the London North Eastern network, before leading the national programme of railway enhancements, later being retained as part of the HQ directorate leading change in the then newly formed Network Rail.


Nick has a B.Sc.(Hons) Civil Engineering from the University of Nottingham. |

Sergio Casari
Chief Executive Officer, International |  | Appointed in September 2008 and will be based in Sydney, Australia.


Sergio has more than 20 years’ experience in international construction and project management. He joined Bovis Lend Lease in Spain in 1989 and progressed through a number of technical and management roles, initially in Spain then across Europe, before being appointed Managing Director of Bovis Lend Lease Spain in 1999.


Prior to his appointment as CEO International, Sergio held the positions as CEO for Bovis Lend Lease Continental Europe, Middle East & Africa from 2002 and CEO of Bovis Lend Lease Asia Pacific from 2006.


Sergio is now responsible for the Group’s project management, design and construction operations the Asia, India, Middle East, Continental Europe and Latin America.


Sergio holds a Higher National Diploma in Building Design and Construction.

Mark Fletcher
Chief Executive Officer, Continental Europe, Middle East & Africa and Latin American |  | Appointed in September 2008 and based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.


Mark has over 20 years’ experience in international construction and project management. He joined Bovis Lend Lease in Russia in 1994 as a Project Manager and has subsequently been involved in operational roles in Spain, Portugal, Italy and Turkey before moving to Dubai in 2003 as Regional Director to establish a Middle East business unit. In June 2006, Mark was appointed Chief Executive Officer Bovis Lend Lease Continental Europe, Middle East and Africa (CEMEA).


Since September 2008, Mark has responsibility for Group's project management and construction operations in Continental Europe, Middle East & Africa and Latin American & the Caribbean which encompasses 30 countries.
Mark is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building.
