In the United States, Lend Lease Retail is the joint owner of the King of Prussia Mall, one of the largest malls in the country.
Within the 2.8 million square feet of this retail center are housed seven major department stores, 350 specialty retailers, and 35 restaurants. King of Prussia is located approximately 25 minutes from downtown Philadelphia and is located in one of the major populations centers of the US. Inside a 100-mile radius from the mall reside thirteen percent of all Americans.
We are seeking opportunities to grow our Retail business in the United States through new opportunities as well as through collaboration with our Communities business.
